I experienced a fantastic workout at a slow pace when we began with our sessions with Barbara. She implemented yoga in a very subtle way because she knew I wasn't keen on that type of exercise. She combined pilates, yoga and HIIT, and set it to my level. I started to really enjoy it and now I am always asking her to include some yoga elements. Barbara goes the extra mile to offer a unique body and mind experience, where you can enjoy music, a great stretch and have fun. Amazing workout and excellent teaching is how I would sum her classes, so I highly recommend her if you want a holistic and taylor made approach.
